QTN: What kind of Visa does TRAVELL FREAK do?

Ans: TRAVELL FREAK does only the Tourist Visas of different countries around the world.

 

 

QTN: What is a tourist visa? Does a traveler need a tourist visa to travel?

ANS. A tourist Visa is an entry permit for a limited time frame. This tourist visa is required for travel to a country for tourism purposes. No other activities can be done with this tourist visa. Tourist Visa requirements vary from country to country. Some countries allow visas on arrival for all citizens. At the same time, some countries need a valid entry permit tourist visa to visit the country.

 

 

QTN: What is the basic difference between a sticker visa and an e-visa? 

ANS. The E-Visa application process is entirely online. For this, you don’t need to submit your passport or any documents physically to the embassy. After approval, you will get your Visa via email, and there will be no sticker stamped on your passport.
For a sticker visa, the physical passport must be submitted with all the supporting documents to the Embassy. After the approval, a sticker visa will be pasted to the passport from the Embassy.

 

 

QTN: Does TRAVELL FREAK fill up the visa application and submit it for a tourist visa?

ANS. If you submit your visa application through TRAVELL FREAK, our visa team will do the job on your behalf, including filing your visa form and processing. We will take a little charge as a service fee for individual files as per country.

 

 

QTN: What is the cost of applying for a visa by TRAVELL FREAK?

ANS. Visa costs differ from country to country. So, TRAVELL FREAK will inform you after contacting us for visa purposes.

 

 

QTN: How many days does it take to process the tourist visa applications?

ANS. Most countries usually take around seven (7) working days for tourist visas. It may vary on the peak travel time of the year.

 

 

QTN: Can I cancel and refund my Visa application?

ANS. Yes, it is possible. If anyone wants to cancel the processing by us within 12 hours after submitting all documents. They need written consent before cancellation. After cancellation, we refund only the visa fee within 3 working days, but not the TRAVELL FREAK service charges.
Make sure that, if the visa application with all its documents has already been submitted to the Embassy you cannot cancel the visa process.

 

 

QTN: If there is a rejection, can I get a refund?

ANS. No, you cannot claim a refund under any situations, in case of visa rejection.

 

 

QTN: Can I reapply if my visa is rejected?

ANS. Yes, you can reapply after rejection. However, it depends on rejection reason for the visa and also a time frame (Depends as per Embassy guidelines)

 

 

QTN: Is there any guarantee of getting a visa?

ANS. Any Approval/Rejection of a Visa is entirely subject to the decision of the Embassy. TRAVELL FREAK is not liable for visa rejection or approval of the Visa.

AIRLINE TICKET BOOKING ISSUES

QTN: Can any traveller book domestic and international flight tickets through Travell Freak?

ANS. Yes, any traveller can book both domestic and international flight ticket services via TRAVELL FREAK. As per the traveller’s travel plan, we will help to find the flight with the best price.

 

 

QTN: Can I make the payment later for an online booking for air tickets?


ANS. 
It depends on the holding time given by the airlines without payments, you cannot secure the booking unless you pay. After payments, tickets are successfully booked for travellers.

 

 

QTN: Will I receive any hard-copy tickets?


ANS. 
We will email the booking details and confirmation to you after getting confirmation from the airlines. Yes, you can come to our office for a hard copy of your ticket purchase.

 

 

QTN: What is the process of cancelling, refunding and re-issuing a purchased ticket?


ANS. 
For refund, re-issue and cancellation of the flight tickets. Clients or travellers must have to give written consent with a valid reason. Cancellation and refund policies may vary from airline to airline. For cancellation, refund and reissue, TRAVELL FREAK may apply a service fee for Domestic, as well as International Air Tickets. QTN: May I know about baggage details?


ANS. 
You can get the total baggage information of total carrying weight on the air ticket copy and the airline’s website with the destination’s details.

 

 

QTN: What is the cost of a wheelchair at the airport?


ANS. 
Before purchasing air tickets from TRAVELL FREAK, travellers or clients must have to inform us to arrange a wheelchair. However, this may vary from airport to airport. After confirmation from clients or travellers, we will arrange the service as per airline service rules with current prices.

 

 

QTN: If the fare increases after I book the ticket, what will happen?


ANS. 
If the fares increase, then the customer must have to pay the price to finalise the tickets.

HOTEL BOOKING ISSUES

QTN: Can any traveler get budget hotels on TRAVELL FREAK?

ANS. Yes. Obviously. A traveler can easily get a budget hotel room through TRAVELL FREAK. But it also depends on the tour season.

 

 

QTN: Do the room rates include tax and other service charges?

ANS. Yes, the room rates include everything like service charges, taxes, and others.

 

 

QTN: For an on-date check-in, is it possible to make a booking through TRAVELL FREAK?

ANS. It totally depends on hotel room availability. If available one can book and stay on their own.
 

 

QTN: What is the cancellation policy for hotel booking on TRAVELL FREAK?

ANS. In the room booking details section, anyone can find the cancellation policies for the room. Each room type has different types of cancellation rules and policies.

 

 

QTN: Can I add an extra bed in the room?

ANS. Yes, you can easily add an extra bed in your desired room. However, you need to notify us beforehand to get the service on time. Plus, an additional charge may apply based on some property available.

 

 

QTN: When sharing a room with their parents for a kid, is there an additional charge needed to pay?

ANS. Children below 12 years can share a room with their parents. And this will not apply to any additional charges. However, this depends only on the hotel’s policy and service availability inside the hotel.

 

 

QTN: What is “Non-refundable” rooms type?

ANS. This non-refundable means, that when you rent the room at a specific price, you cannot claim a refund even if you want to cancel the room.
