VISA CHECKLIST
(1) Copy Of Passport Biometric and Information Pages and All Original Passports
(2) 2 Copy (2X2-white background photo within last 3 months)
(3) National ID / Birth Certificate and Online BRC Copy with the notary
(3) Utility Bill Copy (Electricity Bill, Gas, Water, Telephone)- Within Last 6 months
(3) Bank Statement of the last 6 months or Dollar Endorsement of 200$.
(5) Cover Letter, Sponsor letter, or any relevant papers.
(6) Professional Proof-
(a) Service (NOC, Office ID, Visiting Card)
(b) Business (Trade License, Business Details, Visiting Card)
(c) Student (Student ID, Student Letter from Organization)
(d) Any Other Profession- Relevant Papers.
(7) Last India Visa Copy (IF any)
(8) Lost Passport G.D. Copy with any papers related (If any)
