US-Bangla Airlines started its operations with domestic flights in July 2014. Initially, the airline launched two domestic destinations Chittagong and Jessore from its hub in Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA), Dhaka.
Flights to Cox’s Bazar, Saidpur, and other domestic destinations from Dhaka were launched in the last moment of 2014.
In 2016, the airline announced to launch of new international routes, for example to Singapore, Dubai, China, etc.
In September 2019, US-Bangla Airlines became the second largest airline after Biman Bangladesh Airlines.
